Aug,. 10-13 We went to Ft. Collins and Cheyenne to visit friends. Had a great time but I came home very, very tired! Not sure why because I really didn't do that muchand actually got plenty of sleep but still tired.

BOYS were pretty good.

Melis and her baby were doing well. Baby Maddy is super cute! I pray her half a little heartwill be okay and she will be FINE! Myles and Mke hung out with my boys Sat. morning while Melis and I went to the mall to get pedicures and buy body shop!

Saw Lori C. for 2 hours and then stayed with Susie and B. sunday night, and came home Monday afternoon. Great time. and fun to see friends. MIssed Jenn and Jenny though!

The plasmapherisis went well today. Pain medication was given to Ron afterwards. We are hoping these treatments will surpass all expectations! Please continue the visits - they are enjoyed!

Today is the last day of our UK trip. It has been a wonderful holiday.Leo and I havevisited many cities in UK and metmany ofmy old freinds, I shall write more about this greattrip when I get home.

So I'm here in sunnyCalifornia ... and so far it's been semi-relaxing. I've been scrambling to find an internet cafe (the cord of the laptop isn't working). So I'm here now, trying to get my paper out to HSPA (yeah, I never turned it) and doing some random Chronicle stuff for Linda. So much more to do, but my tasks are those two at the moment.

$5.50 an hr isn't that bad, if you ask me. Need at least 2 hrs when I come back later tonight, and I need to do so.

Casey made his way out there. I'm doing ok. I'm not the best, but I'm hanging in there. His mother seemed really ------- when she was texting. I couldn't think of anything to say, I mean, there are no right words. Nothing can be said to make someone feel better about a situation, I think. Sure, words can lend a few moments of relief - but just that. Just for a few moments.

I miss him. I wrote 2 letters to him so far, but they'll be sitting there until I get an address from him. If anything, I'm going to type those up and e-mail him. He'll read them when he can.

Had a heart to heart with my dad about Casey. Didn't get to say what I really wanted to (bc of time) but I didn mention towards the end, that we'd like to get married one day. My dad fears an earlier marriage (which can't and won't happen). SO much we talked about, but that's going to wait until a later post.

Time to get back to work.

最近被二宝折磨得没时间写东西了。可是生怕错过了就再也想不起来了，毕竟老了。前天看大宝去年上幼儿园之前在贵州拍得照片，觉得就是一个乡下小傻妞。现在一看，已经出落得像个小淑女了。看来，读不读书，还真不一样。最近，大宝总是说话很夸张，俨然一个小大人了：

1。发现蜘蛛网

大宝：'阿姨，不好了，事情搞大了！'

阿姨紧张死了，问：'怎么了？'

大宝：'电视机那里发现了蜘蛛网！'

2。神

大宝心目中，'神'是一个很好的词。估计和神通广大差不多。而我们通常意义上是指这个人神兮兮的。最近在和姐姐嘲笑老爸炒股的劲头，说老爸咋这么神（兮兮）呢！结果，大宝一下子抢过去说：你们说的不对，我才最神呢！

3。下台阶

大宝已经有很强的自尊心了。之前晚上和我抢电脑，我和她剪刀，石头，布，可是他输了还不服气，生气地哭，还说讨厌我之类的话。我气了，教训她，让他承认错误。大宝一边流着鼻涕，一边说，应该有两次机会的。我还以为要给他2次赔礼道歉的机会呢。最后才知道是猜拳的机会。唉，永远要有台阶下。

4。香水有毒

听到一首'香水有毒'的歌曲。最后一句是'我永远都学不会'。大宝就问，为什么他学不会呢？我无法解释，就说是因为用了有毒的香水。大宝从此对我化妆台上的香水敬而远之。

5。言传身教

最近常和老爸说股票的事儿。大宝一直偷听着。前天突然冒出来一句：'妈妈，股票贵不贵？'我说，有的贵有的便宜。大宝不放心的说：那我们有钱吗？估计是担心我把家里的钱都拿去买股票了。只后，一听新闻里说股票的事儿，她都特认真，然后总结地说道：股票要涨，不然妈妈就没钱了。

GREAT NEWS!! Ron has been able to be off the vent for longer periods of time!Plasmapherisis will begin back tomorrow. We are prayingthat his body responds well to the treatment and his progress continues to improve.
